3. Do I need a referral from my GP?
In most cases, a referral isn't necessary, and you can book an appointment directly.
4. What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your initial appointment includes a thorough assessment to understand your health history, symptoms, and treatment goals. We’ll then work with you to create a personalised treatment plan that fits your needs.
5. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your specific condition and treatment goals. During your first visit, we’ll provide an estimated treatment plan, but we regularly review progress to ensure you’re getting the best outcomes.
6. What should I wear for my appointment?
We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. If we’re treating a specific area, like your knee or shoulder, wearing shorts or a tank top can help.
7. Is physiotherapy painful?
While some treatments may cause slight discomfort, we prioritise your comfort and adjust techniques to your tolerance level. Physiotherapy aims to relieve pain, not increase it, and we’ll work with you to ensure a positive experience.
8. Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately not yet, but we’re working on it!
9. How can I book an appointment?

10. What’s the cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may need an appointment. Any cancellations later than 24 hours may incur a charge.
